So here it is….. the big S word. You knew it had to be there somewhere.
This is the third part of the six part series on natural fertility support that I wrote for Soul Spectrum, the wellness centre that I work from in North Lakes.
Its all about how stress can impact your cycle. Pretty important if you are trying to get pregnant.
Stress is a word that is bandied about a lot these days and like I say in the blog, has almost become a badge of honour in some circles.
I think its important that we recognise the difference between the acute stress of jumping out of the way of a bus and the chronic ongoing stress of work deadlines, relationships, poor food, lack of sleep, and information overload that is so prevalent in our current world. Its the chronic ongoing stress that can have the impact on our cycle and potentially fertility.
And did I say information overload? Well yes I did. Its not always recognised, but we also experience stress form the sheer volume of information that comes at us now.
In this blog I cover off;
1. Why stress is a big deal when it comes to fertility.
2. Priorities and stress reduction.
3. Social media and what I like to call “comparititis” and “informationitis”.
