This is a general program that is designed to give you some ideas about some meals and recipes that have ingredients in them that can really help with the health of your luteal phase – that is the second part of your cycle after ovulation. This is not designed to be followed exactly every single day but rather to start your creative juices and give you a place to start with food planning.
